How to Check Availability and Book your Apartment

Check the availability of the apartment

Confirm availability and price with the owner Check availability and price with the owners. Please fill in our enquiry form here and we will confirm by return the availability and prices. We will hold your required dates for 24 hours.
Place your booking and send us some information about you and your holiday Provide us with details of your flights (if known) and guests. Please use our form here. We will respond by email with details on how to make your payment.
Arrange your payment and we'll send you a receipt The deposit is 50% at time of booking. You can pay in full if it's easier. As soon as payment is received in our account we will send you a receipt confirming your payment and giving you information on your final payment if applicable.
We'll send you a final payment reminder 14 days before it's due We will send you out an email reminder for your final payment approximately 14 days before your departure. The payment needs to be in our account 7 days prior to your departure. If your main currency is Sterling you can pay your deposit in the UK by cheque or transfer.
We'll send you a receipt and final details with contacts for a smooth arrival and occupancy and have a wonderful holiday! You make your final payment. We'll send you a receipt by return and an "arrival in Portugal" summary with instructions and contacts. You have a WONDERFUL HOLIDAY!

CANCELLATION POLICY - is if you cancel a confirmed booking 30 days or less before your arrival date you will lose your 50% deposit.  If you’ve paid in full the other 50% will be returned to you.  If we can re rent the apartment for the period you had booked for we will refund 80% of your 50% deposit less any money transfer fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - If you are based outside the UK you will be asked for a 200 Euro security deposit on your arrival. This is returned on your departure assuming there are no problems with your apartment at that time. If you are UK based you can either transfer a deposit of £180 with your final payment or send me a cheque made out to Alan Tomkins for £180 which will be destroyed if there are no problems with your apartment upon leaving.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT - Check-in is 16:00 and checkout is 10:30.
