2 Bedroom Apartment Rental Prices 2011/12

If you are paying in Sterling then the tourist rate at your time of booking will be applied to the Euro price to work out the Sterling price. We have to add a £5 per payment surcharge to cover the transfer of your payment to Portugal. You can avoid this by transferring the payment to our Portuguese account yourself, see our money transfers page for more information.

A security deposit of €200 is required on arrival and will be returned on departure assuming the apartment is in the same condition in which you received it.
If you are UK based you can either transfer a deposit of £180 with your final payment or send me a cheque made out to Alan Tomkins for £180 which will be destroyed if there are no problems with your apartment upon leaving.
