This 2nd floor apartment provides you with a spacious (968sqft) of luxury living. Beautifully furnished with every facility you can ask for; washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, 26' flat screen TV, DVD player, Sky box, built in wardrobes, tons of storage. All other months we have no fixed changeover day.

Accommodation consists of one double bedroom with a large balcony, a large family bathroom, a huge living / dining area with a large balcony. Just stunning, you won't be disappointed. Check availability here.

The bathroom is very large and has a huge well lit mirror over the basin with electric sockets for hair dryers, tongs, shavers, etc. Floors are tiled. Towels are provided. Hot water is provided by a huge immersion tank that is on constantly.

The apartment includes individually controlled air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, Cable TV, large LCD TV, DVD player, iron, ironing board, cloths dryer and cleaning items. A cot is available. We don't provide beach towels but you only need to bring what you need as you can wash and dry them as required.

The living room has 2 leather settees, one of which is a sofabed. There a dining table and 4 chairs for comfortable dining as well as a side table and coffee table. The living room has it's own air conditioning.

The kitchen has every appliance you require, fridge, freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor, plus everything you need for this to be a home from home.

The bedroom is large with it's own balcony and fitted wardrobes with integrated draws. There's a very comfortable double bed and side table with lamps. The bedroom has it's own air conditioning.

Please be aware the changeover day in July and August is Saturday. For all other months there is no fixed changeover day. A security deposit of €200 is required on arrival and will be returned on departure assuming the apartment is in the same condition in which you received it.
If you are UK based you can either transfer a deposit of £180 with your final payment or send me a cheque made out to Alan Tomkins for £180 which will be destroyed if there are no problems with your apartment upon leaving.

Long term rentals rates available on request. The apartment is available is all year. Your holiday price is inclusive of all utilities and facilities.
